Easter Tablescapes in Miami: Bringing Spring to Life at Beauty & the Butcher

For me, Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays. There’s something about it that feels fresh, nostalgic, and full of new beginnings. It falls right in the heart of spring—a season that naturally inspires renewal, softness, and beauty. From blooming tulips to baby bunnies, everything about this time of year feels alive again.

As the Director of Marketing at Beauty & the Butcher, I’m always thinking about how to elevate the guest experience beyond just the food. This Easter, as we prepare to open early for brunch, I wanted to create a tablescape that brings the feeling of spring indoors—while still staying true to the restaurant’s brand.

One of the most important things I’ve learned in floral design in Miami is that no two spaces are the same. Every location, client, and moment calls for a thoughtful, curated approach.

At Beauty & the Butcher, the space leans into rich, masculine tones—warm woods, leather textures, and a classic steakhouse feel. They have been mentioned in the Michelin Guide so that is such a big accomplishment.

The goal:
Create an elevated Easter tablescape that adds a soft spring touch while complementing the restaurant’s identity.

For this design, I leaned into a wildflower-inspired arrangement with heavy greenery to create contrast, texture, and movement.

The color palette started with was soft pinks & fresh greens. Layered with - Hints of yellow, Crisp white & Deeper pink tones

This created a natural, effortless look—perfect for a spring tablescape in Coral Gables that feels organic rather than overly styled.

While I love working with baby’s breath, I chose to avoid it here to maintain a more refined and elevated aesthetic that aligns with the space.

he challenge with holiday design is finding the balance between festive and tasteful.

To tie everything together, I added:

  • Small nests with eggs

  • Subtle bunny accents

These details bring in that nostalgic Easter feeling without overwhelming the table or making it feel overly themed.

On the day of brunch, each place setting will include an egg—because let’s be honest, everyone loves a little candy moment. It’s a simple gesture that creates joy for both kids and adults, while still keeping the overall look elevated.

The Power of a Thoughtful Tablescape

A great tablescape does more than just look beautiful—it enhances the entire dining experience.

Especially in an indoor setting, these details:

  • Set the mood

  • Create a sense of occasion

  • Make guests feel like they’re part of something special

It’s about transporting them, even if just for a moment.
